It’s been a long time coming but Ferris Mueller’s Day Off is finally getting a release, this Thursday! We know that it’s all a bit sudden but we’re excited and just couldn’t wait any longer.
The game is another first-person point’n’click adventure, this time set in the wild-west, which mixes elements of Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and other pop-culture, both modern and classic. It is certainly very different to our previous game Forever Lost, but is also very similar in many ways. We love making adventure games but we felt like we needed a break from the constant gloom and isolation of the Forever Lost corridors, so we created Ferris Mueller. Ferris Mueller is a colourful, hand drawn adventure full of head-scratching puzzles, interesting locations and many characters to help, deceive, ridicule or just chat to.
You play Mr. Rooney, the owner of a group ( herd? ) of Mules and you’ve just found out that one of them hasn’t come into work today, it’s his 9th sick day this year, and you’ve had enough. You have decided that you have to bring him back once and for all and make an example of him.
If there are any members of the press willing to review or feature Ferris then please contact us and we will sort you out with a promo code.
The game will be released this Thursday at a special introductory price of £0.69, so check it out, let us know what you think and most importantly, have fun!
